Ilkka Vesterinen

Ilkka Vesterinen, Lic. sc. (Econ)(HSE), 1966, has been lecturing in CEMS business school Helsinki School of Economics since 1994 on e.g. International Business Strategy, Marketing Management and Business Game. Vesterinen founded management training company Cesim in 1994. Cesim operates globally via subsidiaries and partners providing management training, as well as management training software for companies. Vesterinen has a vast experience in management training, consulting and business models in Cesim, and is Cesim's major shareholder and Chairman of the Board.

The company is owned by its founders, other management & key personnel, private investors and VC fund of Martinson Trigon.
